With a quantity of original documentation, including scroll for the Order of Leopold (dated 20th July 1965), scroll for the Leopold ll Commemorative Medal (dated 11th February 1953), Carte de Feu (with photograp) and his Military Pension Brevet.
From Tongeren, Belgium, served with the élite 1st Regiment of Grenadiers, wounded twice and gassed at Steenstraat on the 22nd April 1915, the first time poison gas was used in warfare.
