The MIC shows Balkans on the 9th August 1915, entitlement to a 1914-15 Star trio and the award of a Silver War Badge. The SWB Roll (photocopy of entry supplied) shows that Harry Bidewell enlisted on the 9th March 1910, was discharged due sickness on the 24th May 1919, aged 26 and that he was awarded SWB # B/143884.
The medal has seen better days! It's polished, there are contact marks, patches odf discoloration and the suspension ring is damaged.
